David Ehrlich
Senior Vice President
David Ehrlich is Senior Vice President at InoVision. With over eight years of experience in utility debt
buying, he is responsible for nationwide sales and marketing including developing and implementing analytical tools for
the sales process and rolling out various marketing efforts. Since joining the company in 1999, Mr. Ehrlich has secured
over $1 billion dollars of sales.
Prior to joining InoVision, Mr. Ehrlich owned several of his own companies. In the span of 18 years of running his own
businesses, he was responsible for every aspect of the business including sales and marketing, collection and cash flow
management as well as bringing revenue to the bottom line.
Mr. Ehrlich attended the University of Maryland where he majored in accounting.
Robert M. Hall
Vice President, National Sales
Robert M. Hall serves as Vice President, National Sales at InoVision. He joined the company in January 2003 and is
responsible for the management of InoVision clients including aiding them in managing current delinquencies, minimizing
costs and maximizing the recovery of bad debt. Mr. Hall comes to InoVision with a 28-year career at Duke Power; one of
the nation's largest investor owned and highly regarded utilities.
Previously, Mr. Hall spent the last seven years as General Manager, Credit & Collections at Duke Power where he
facilitated the creation of a process-based organization and implemented creative initiatives/strategies which allowed
Duke to achieve top quartile and/or top deciles rankings in several industry benchmarking studies. Prior to this
position, Mr. Hall spent 14 years in several field locations within North & South Carolina. In 1989, Bob transferred
to Duke's corporate offices in Charlotte, N.C. where he held several management positions.
Mr. Hall obtained a Business Administration degree in 1976 from Lenoir-Rhyne College in Hickory, North Carolina.
